Under this updated system, applicants must use the designated online portal to arrange appointments for necessary consular services. Authorities have explicitly cautioned against engaging the services of individuals, agencies, or intermediaries claiming to facilitate appointment bookings or provide expedited services on behalf of the Indian missions. Such claims are not recognized by the missions, and applicants are advised to avoid them to prevent additional and unnecessary expenses.
The missions have issued a stern warning to avoid trusting any organization or individual that purports to be officially sanctioned to offer appointment services. Indian nationals and travelers in the UAE who suspect they have been misled, overcharged, or subjected to false representation are urged to report these incidents through the official communication channels provided by the Embassy or Consulate.
